Positions We Hire For

Sales and Estimating

Our sales team works directly with homeowners across Lewiston, Clarkston, Moscow, Pullman, Spokane, Spokane Valley, and surrounding areas, assessing roof conditions, building project estimates, and guiding customers through their options. Experience in roofing or construction is helpful. The ability to build trust and communicate clearly is what matters most.

Project Management and Coordination

Project coordinators keep jobs running smoothly by collaborating directly with homeowners and our field partners, managing schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring every job meets our standards. This role requires someone organized, accountable, and able to manage multiple projects at once.

Repair and Inspection Roles

We hire directly for field roles focused on roof repair and property inspection services. Our inspectors assess observed conditions, trace issues to their source, and work with homeowners to identify permanent repairs and the right path forward. A minimum of five years of experience in asphalt and metal roofing is required for repair positions. These are full time roles.

Entry Level and Support

Entry level positions provide foundational training and exposure to estimating, coordination, and quality oversight for individuals new to the construction field.
