Pre-Site Strategy Meeting

  • Identify necessary arrival strategy for equipment and workers.
  • We discuss necessary property organization to assure compliant procedures to complete roof.
  • Discuss intake ventilation and exhale ventilation with customer to accommodate roof/home.
  • Identify proper logistics for removal of existing materials.
  • Take a complete digital record of entire exterior of home and property within 15 feet.
  • QA Documentation begins with this first onsite inspection and meet with our customer.

Removal / Tear off existing roof system

  • Proper removal of existing roof system is essential to maintaining a safe roof deck.
  • Ascertain damage and / or necessary repairs prior to rebuild processes.
  • Dry in what is torn off following all installation specifications of the materials manufacturer as well as building codes.
  • Assure all flex points and access points are properly dried in and flashed to deter water penetration.
  • Tear off / dry in inspection prior to installation of the Total Protection Roof System.

Installation of new Total Protection Roof System

  • Professional pre-planning to accommodate roofing materials specifications according to the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Assure each platform has been checked mathematically to assure a cohesive installation per each area to line up to shingle manufactures specifications.
  • We ventilate each building to assure proper exhale ventilation. Intake ventilation will be determined at the Pre-site Strategy Meeting.
  • Final cleanup and final inspection by at least 2 qualified professionals.

Process entire project for completion

  • Prepare all paperwork to submit to the manufacturer for warranty preparation.
  • Structure all digital photos, inspections, and job correspondents to finish and close project.
  • Prepare final invoice for delivery to customer for final billing.
  • Receive final payment for a job well done.
  • Final Customer Meeting to review final paperwork and warranty documentations.
