Reuben L. Russell
Reuben Russell is the Owner and President of Russell Specialty Services LLC, operating as Russell Quality Roofing and Russell Construction & Excavation. A lifelong believer in hard work, honest service, and treating people right, Reuben started the company in 2007 from his home in Lewiston, Idaho with little more than determination, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to serving his neighbors.
What began as a one-man operation has grown into a trusted local company built on relationships, reputation, and quality craftsmanship. From roofing projects to pole barns, pole buildings, excavation work, and custom decks, Reuben and his team have been helping families, farmers, and property owners bring their projects to life for nearly two decades.
For Reuben, construction has always been about more than buildings. It’s about earning trust, creating opportunities for employees, supporting local families, and giving back to the community that has supported his business from the beginning. He believes every customer deserves honest communication, dependable service, and work that stands the test of time.
Today, Russell Quality Roofing and Russell Construction & Excavation remain family-centered businesses dedicated to delivering quality work and treating every customer like a neighbor. That’s the way Reuben believes business should be done—and it’s the foundation the company continues to build on every day.
Polly Knutson
Polly Knutson serves as Chief Financial Officer for Russell Specialty Services LLC, doing business as Russell Quality Roofing and Russell Construction & Excavation. She brings more than 30 years of experience in accounting, financial management, contract administration, compliance, and business operations across both private industry and higher education.
Polly holds a Master of Science in Accounting with an emphasis in Forensic Accounting from New England College and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration (Accounting) from Washington State University. Since joining Russell Specialty Services in 2017, she has overseen all financial operations, including payroll, accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, contract negotiations, project billing, and federal, state, and local contract compliance.
In addition to her industry leadership, Polly has taught undergraduate and graduate level courses for the last eleven years at Lewis-Clark State College and the University of Idaho. She has extensive expertise in forensic accounting, fraud examination, government contracting, and organizational management. Her unique combination of academic and industry experience provides Russell Specialty Services with strong financial stewardship and a commitment to operational excellence.
Rick Fuentes
Rick Fuentes brings more than 27 years of construction and operations experience to the Russell Quality Roofing team. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for hard work, integrity, and a commitment to treating every project as if it were for his own family.
With extensive experience in residential new construction, Rick has worked in nearly every aspect of the building process, including roofing, siding, concrete, carpentry, and general construction. His broad knowledge of the trades, combined with his ability to read blueprints, estimate projects, coordinate schedules, and oversee work from start to finish, helps ensure that every customer receives quality craftsmanship and dependable service.
In addition to his construction background, Rick has spent many years in leadership roles, managing teams of varying sizes and overseeing operations, budgeting, purchasing, and personnel development. His leadership experience has strengthened his ability to communicate clearly, solve problems efficiently, and keep projects running smoothly while maintaining a strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction.
As a Project Consultant for Russell Quality Roofing, Rick enjoys helping homeowners make informed decisions about protecting and improving their homes. He understands that a roof is more than just part of a house—it’s what helps keep families safe, comfortable, and secure. His goal is to provide honest guidance, dependable service, and lasting solutions that customers can trust for years to come.

Tony Dorland
Tony Dorland joined Russell Quality Roofing as a Project Consultant in 2026, bringing a lifetime of experience built on hard work, honesty, and service to others. A longtime resident of the Lewis-Clark Valley, Tony is known for his strong family values, commitment to integrity, and genuine desire to help people make confident decisions about their homes.
Throughout his career, Tony has earned a reputation for treating customers with respect, communicating openly, and always following through on his commitments. He believes that trust is the foundation of every successful relationship and takes pride in providing homeowners with honest guidance and personalized service.
As an InterNACHI Certified Roof Inspector, Tony combines professional expertise with a customer-first approach, helping families protect one of their most important investments. His dedication to doing the right thing, serving the community, and putting people first makes him a valued member of the Russell Quality Roofing team.
Sean Munoz
Sean Munoz joined Russell Quality Roofing in February 2026 as a Project Consultant and brings more than 10 years of roofing, restoration, and customer service experience to the team. He is passionate about helping homeowners protect their families and investments by providing honest guidance, quality workmanship, and dependable service throughout every stage of the roofing process.
As an InterNACHI Certified Roof Inspector, Sean takes pride in educating homeowners about the condition of their roofs and helping them make informed decisions. His extensive experience in insurance restoration and storm damage recovery allows him to simplify what can often be a stressful process, giving customers confidence and peace of mind.
Sean is known for building lasting relationships with his clients through clear communication, integrity, and a genuine commitment to doing what’s right. Whether he’s inspecting a roof, assisting with an insurance claim, or managing a project from start to finish, his goal is always the same: to treat every home as if it were his own and every customer like family.
