- Ascertain damage and/or necessary repairs prior to the rebuild processes.

- Tear off / dry in inspection prior to installation of the Total Protection Roof System.

Installation of new Total Protection Roof System
- Professional pre-planning to accommodate roofing materials specifications according to the manufacturer’s warranty.
- Assure each platform has been checked mathematically to assure a cohesive installation per each area to line up to shingle manufacturer’s specifications. Additionally, we ensure the proper installation of ridge cap shingles, which are crucial for covering the ridges and providing both protection and aesthetic appeal.
- We ventilate each building to assure proper exhale ventilation. Intake ventilation will be determined at the Pre-site Strategy Meeting.
- Final cleanup and final roof inspection by at least 2 qualified professionals. This inspection ensures that the roof has been installed correctly and that all materials are free from defects. Homeowners or commercial building owners will receive documentation, such as photos, of the new roof as part of this final assessment.
